Reading Memories

I have always liked reading. The first book i ever fully read was, Are you my mother? I have always beena very good reader, and pretty much all books intrest me. When i was in third grade, the authour of " Big Enough Anna" came to our school. i have loved the book ever since, and since then one of my goals is to publish a book when i get older. My favorite genre of reading would have to be poetry. i love trying to figure out what ryhthm goes best with each poem. My favorite collection of poems is "where the sidewalk ends" by shell silverstein. i also loved The Tomato Collection. whenever i read, it seems like stress just goes away thats why i like to read. ilike when teachers introduce new books to me. it gives me a chance to expand my reading horizons. sohopefully this year well get some great books to read

Blog Reveiw

The first site i took a look at was a volleyball blog site. http://www.volleyball.com/blogs/I felt this blog was too informational. it was kind of like an infomercial for a hydration product. it started out good, with the decsrpition of a volleyball vacation. It then took a turn for the worse, getting into detail about how hydration effects your body. Boring! I liked the pictures though, but the content could have been less factual.

The second blog i looked at was a soccer blog. http://soccerblogs.net/ I liked that this blog was informative, but not fact after fact. It reminded me of a sportscast. It helped bring me up to date with the soccer world without being too boring. This blog was good, but more photos could have made it great.

The third blog i went to was a cat's lover blog.http://cats.about.com/od/blogs/Blogs_by_Cat_Lovers.htmI liked this blog alot. Since cats have a special place in my heart, i found the stories cute and heart warming. I loved the pictures of all the cats. They are soo adorable. I definatly would reccomend this blog to any cat lovers.

The fourth blog i looked at was a fashion blog. http://nymag.com/daily/fashion/ This blog was too confusing for me. the clothes posted were hideous. and the designers names got overwhelming. it was well organized, but only understandable by the people in the high fashion world. Im not one of them. this blog could use a little work and simplification.
